About the event
Tapping in, with Caren
A gentle, two-hour somatic release workshop by YANA, guided by facilitator Caren. Through breath, movement and TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), you'll be given space to explore where your body has been holding on, permission to release built-up tension, and room to ease back into yourself. There's nothing to explain or relive. Just an invitation to let your body catch up with the work you've already done.
Saturday, 21 November · 11h30 · The Collaborative Healing Centre
